We complete upgrades on a range of public and commercial buildings.
- Our portfolio includes hundreds of large-scale projects for housing associations and local authorities across the UK. Often comprising of 1,000-plus homes, our carefully-managed upgrades are designed to maximise energy efficiency and reduce residents’ fuel bills.
- We are experienced working on occupied properties and consider tenants’ needs to be of utmost importance.
‘One of the most satisfying moments in any major retrofit is hearing the residents’ reaction to our work,’ says director Daniel Dwan. ‘It’s incredibly rewarding to witness their appreciation of improved living standards and the smart appearance of their homes.
‘Social housing can be refurbished to such a standard that it appears like new build, thus benefiting the community as a whole as well as the housing association and its residents.’
